ADAPT overview

Assist has carried out consultancy work for many years with a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors. The nature of the consultancy assignments has included:

• facilitation of workshops
• business process improvement
• business needs analysis and business case development
• identification and documentation of business and IT system requirements
• evaluation of software package solutions
• development and implementation of methods frameworks and templates
• ongoing coaching, mentoring and support.

Assist has an in-house approach for use on consultancy assignments. This approach is called ADAPT and comprises defined processes and templates. Here is an example of a template.

Our consultancy assignments are used to develop, and continuously improve, our training programmes. All of our trainers have first-hand experience of working in consultancy roles and this work has helped ensure that our trainers remain up-to-date with the latest approaches and techniques.
