Cancellations and transfers

Cancellations and transfers of bookings with AssistKD can be made without charge up to four weeks before the course start date or the date of the examination.

Cancellations and transfers made within 4 weeks will be subject to the full course or exam fee.

All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing.

Refund Policy

All enquiries regarding the issue of refunds should be made directly by e-mail to enquiries@assistkd.com or by telephone on 01844 211665.

Refunds will incur an administration charge of £25+VAT.
