The Agile way of working is becoming ever more popular in modern business. It’s a smart way to work, and allows the business analyst to get to grips with how to contribute to the success of Agile development projects.

Using a true-to-life case study, learners use their existing business analysis knowledge and techniques, practising applying the Agile approach within a business analysis scenario. They come away with a real understanding of how business analysis is applied within the context of the Agile philosophy.

The course explores the philosophy behind Agile, the methods and techniques used within business and the principles that guide this way of working. The course also looks at the benefits of holistic and lean thinking in business.

Presented by one of the expert training consultants pictured below. Each member of our Agile Business Analysis training team brings substantial experience of working, in the BA role, on Agile projects.
