The Agile PM Practitioner and Foundation course is aimed at project managers. You may be adding to your knowledge of traditional project management approaches or you may be operating in an agile environment and need to be able to run projects in more complex and scalable situations.
This course covers the certifications launched in 2011 by APMG and the DSDM Consortium (now known as the Agile Business Consortium) to address the need to run projects in an agile way.
The course is equally divided between the theory behind agile project management and interactive practical application of the techniques and skills required to work in an agile context.
The course enables delegates to sit the examinations required to become certified in Agile Project Management (AgilePM) at both Foundation and Practitioner level.

The AgilePM Foundation exam is a 40-minute, multiple choice exam with 50 questions. The AgilePM Practitioner exam lasts 2½ hours and is in the objective testing style (complex multiple choice). You are allowed to use your AgilePM Handbook during the Practitioner exam. The pass mark for each exam is 50%.
Your course cost covers all course materials, which includes a print copy of the PowerPoint slides, exercises and case study; your copy of the Agile Project Management Handbook; all applicable exam fees; your lunches and refreshments whilst on the course (public scheduled training courses only) and your e-certificate upon successful completion of the course. There are absolutely no further costs to pay.
