Our Customer Support

Our customer support team are dedicated to giving you a valuable, fulfilling training experience. Martin and Chris head up the sales and marketing team, while Alan and Sheila look after examination administration. Bryan deals with payment!

Martin Pearson

Martin has more than 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the Information Systems marketplace. He is a recognised expert in the Business Analysis and Systems Development training and consultancy market and is also able to advise you on the SFIA competency framework. Martin has been Marketing Director of AssistKD since 1994.

Chris Martin

Chris joined AssistKD as Marketing Manager in 2007 having held marketing and project management roles across Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. He has managed and motivated diverse teams of people ranging from Swiss customer service teams to Nigerian advertising agencies. Talk to him about your training requirements.

Alan Paul

Alan is the Qualifications Director of AssistKD and oversees the running of all of AssistKD's examinations. He also liaises with the various accreditation authorities and examination boards to ensure that AssistKD's customers are able to take the most relevant and up to date qualifications. Talk to Alan if you have any queries about examination entry, procedures or results.

Sheila Jenkins

Sheila is our examinations administrator and has been with AssistKD for over two years. She helps Alan process examination results and also issues the joining instructions for our scheduled courses.

Bryan Moore

Bryan has been with the company for over twelve years. Previously, he spent nearly thirty years with a major clearing bank. He is Financial Controller at AssistKD, responsible for the processing of invoices, payment of bills, credit and account control. Talk to Bryan if you have any invoicing or payment issues.

Richard Skidmore

Richard is a Research Analyst working on development projects. Previously, Richard has worked in a variety of industries and roles, and with his extensive experience of event management and marketing, will also support the AssistKD sales and marketing team.
