Our PromiseAssistKD believes that participants on courses work best and learn most in small groups. For this reason, class sizes on public courses are limited to a maximum of twelve participants. AssistKD course directors are practical users of the techniques and skills that they present, and are able to bring a 'real world' perspective to their courses. AssistKD courses are designed so that participants practical problems can be explored and addressed. All participants on AssistKD courses are treated with equality and respect. Participants on AssistKD courses are encouraged to contribute their own ideas, views and practical experiences for discussion. AssistKD courses have an emphasis on the use of practical techniques which are presented through the use of realistic case study exercises. AssistKD course directors practise an interactive style of course delivery, not just presentation of lectures and slides. AssistKD respects and works with the organisational cultures of our participants. |
