ISEB DiplomaThe ISEB Diploma qualification is based on an oral examination conducted by two ISEB oral examiners. During the oral examination, the examiners are looking for higher level skills (analysis, synthesis and evaluation) applied to subjects that have previously been tested at the application, analysis or comprehension level. This assessment approach is at levels 4/5 within Bloom’s Taxonomy of Cognitive Domains. ISEB does not require any experience prior to taking the oral examination. However, the level of questioning is such that candidates with limited experience are unlikely to be able to pass the oral examination. The orals last for approximately 50 minutes and a successful oral leads to the award of a Diploma. |
