DSDM Atern is a proven agile delivery framework. The DSDM Atern Practitioner course is evenly divided between DSDM Atern theory and the practical application of its techniques. Participants develop a practical understanding of DSDM Atern that should enable them to become immediately productive in an agile project environment. They can elect to take the DSDM Atern Foundation exam (accredited by APMG) at the end of the third day. This course is run in conjunction with Keith Richards Consulting.
