The Data Analysis course offers a deep dive into two key approaches to analysing and modelling data – analysis class modelling and data normalisation.

The data analytics component looks at how data can be analysed with a business focus, offering critical insights which can drive decision making and pinpoint why some projects succeed and others fail. Techniques used to validate data against stated requirements are also explored.
The Data Analysis e-learning course contains detailed course content with an audio voice-over provided by an experienced tutor. The course provides numerous multiple choice and scenario based questions which may be used to reinforce learning through self-assessment.

This course prepares participants to sit the examination leading to the BCS Professional Certificate in Data Analysis. The examination for this certificate lasts for 90 minutes and consists of 40 scenario-based multiple-choice questions. The pass mark is 26/40 or 65%. This certificate contributes to the BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis.
