We are delighted to announce that the long-awaited BCS publication Delivering Business Analysis: The BA Service Handbook will be launched at the BA Conference Europe next week and is now available to order. Written by Debbie Paul (AssistKD) and Christina Lovelock (University of Leeds), the book discusses the creation and management of a BA Service and includes guidance on a range of topics including defining the BA Service Portfolio, recruiting and developing business analysts, establishing a customer-centric service culture and ensuring continuous improvement. Case studies of highly-regarded BA leaders are also included in the book and help to illustrate how the key principles that underpin the BA Service are applied in practice.
