The latest BA Manager Forum event took place on 10th November. More than 160 BA practice leads gathered at The Grand Connaught Rooms, London to attend workshops on:

• Benefits of the Centralised BA Practice
• Consistency of Requirements
• Enabling Innovation
• Product Ownership and the BA Role

During the lunch that followed the workshops, attendees had the opportunity to network and discuss the wider challenges faced by the BA profession.

All in all a busy and productive day.
