AssistKD is delighted to announce the launch of a new Free-Learning course - Team Working.

This is the latest addition to our growing portfolio of Free Learning courses, which we developed to help our customers improve their understanding and skills in a number of defined areas.

Team working is the third in a series of free courses inspired by Debra Paul, James Cadle and Phillipa Thomas's best-selling BCS book, "The Human Touch", which introduces the key interpersonal skills needed for business success. The first module in the series focussed on Creative Problem Solving - an invaluable skill in the modern business environment - and the second covered Facilitation Skills.

Effective team working can bring great benefit to an organisation and our latest free-learning offering shows how this can be achieved through developing good team management and design. Like all our Free-Learning library, the course is totally free to use.
