So naturally, we track our own performance under the exact same microscope.  

As of 23 June 2026, the running average across our course ratings hit 4.8 out of 5.

While a high score is always rewarding, what we are actually proud of is the sheer consistency behind it. This number isn't based on a single good week or a handful of cherry-picked sessions. It represents 40 years of sustained effort and continued improvement.  

Behind that 4.8 is a deliberate framework. It is driven by a faculty of trainers who don't just deliver courses, but actively shape the global standards, methodologies, and qualifications of our core disciplines. When our board and learning experts design a curriculum, the goal is always to bridge deep industry expertise with practical, on-the-ground capability.  

That rating is proof that the bridge is working. It means that day in, day out, our trainers are turning complex strategic theories into clear, actionable skills that delegates can take straight back to their projects on Monday.
