AssistKD is delighted to announce the launch of a new free-learning course - Written Communication.

This is the latest addition to our growing portfolio of freely available online learning courses which have been developed to help our customers improve their understanding and skills in certain areas.

Written Communication is the fourth in a series of free online learning courses inspired by Debra Paul, James Cadle and Phillipa Thomas's best-selling BCS book, "The Human Touch", which introduces the key interpersonal skills needed for business success. The first module in the series focussed on Creative Problem Solving - an invaluable skill in the modern business environment, the second covered Facilitation Skills and the third, Team Working, explored the techniques used in effective team management.

Effective written communication is beneficial for individuals and their organisations as it can have a major effect upon how we are perceived by colleagues, customers and other stakeholders. AssistKD's latest free-learning offering explains how this can be achieved. In line with the rest of our free-learning library, the Wrtitten Communication course is completely free to use.
