Finding experienced business analysts seems to be a fundamental issue for many teams at present. This interactive workshop explored the various resource options and models available to practice leaders, with time for open discussion where delegates shared their experiences. There was an opportunity to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of each option, helping delegates to formulate a longer-term strategy for their practices.
