Mike Williams - Principal Consultant

Mike brings extensive experience in business and systems change across a diverse range of sectors, including the civil service, higher education, financial services, and corporate training. He complements this breadth of experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Holding a BSc in Computing and Psychological Studies and an MSc in Information Technology, Mike excels at helping stakeholders navigate complexity. He achieves this by drawing from an extensive set of business analysis tools and techniques, tailoring his approach to meet the specific needs of individual stakeholders and organisational contexts.

She has built and led business analysis communities ranging from 5 to 120 practitioners, shaping professional standards and embedding sustainable capability models. A champion of early career talent, Christina chaired the development of the national UK Business Analysis Apprenticeship Standard and authored the award winning Careers in Tech, Data and Digital.

A regular speaker at UK and international events, she contributes widely to industry publications and co authored the BCS book Delivering Business Analysis. At AssistKD, Christina brings her deep expertise in professional development, strategic BA leadership, and community building to support learners and organisations in strengthening their analytical capability.
