Public Courses and Exams Cancellation and transfers May be made without charge up to 4 weeks before the course start date. Later cancellations and transfers are charged as follows: 0-10 working days – full fee payable 11-20 working days – 50% of fee payable Course changes Assist Knowledge Development reserves the right to make enhancements to course specifications and changes to course dates and locations when necessary. Assist Knowledge Development will endeavour to avoid changes of this nature and will advise the customer as soon as any such changes are known. E-learning Payment E-learning course material will be available immediately after payment has been received. Cancellation Once the course has been activated by the customer it is deemed as consumed and can be cancelled but not refunded. A full refund can only be given if the course has not been activated and notification is received by AssistKD within 14 days of the purchase date. Examinations When purchasing Foundation in Business Analysis, Commercial Awareness, Foundation in Business Change, Foundation in IS Project Management and Foundation in Systems Development there is also the opportunity to buy the examination. Once the purchase is completed, we will provide you with a code that allows you to sit the examination at your local Pearson Vue examination venue. When redeeming Business Analysis Practice, Requirements Engineering or Modelling Business Processes examinations the examination is taken at one of AssistKD public examination sessions only available within the UK. Please contact our customer services team to book an examination. Passports Courses and exams to be attended within 24 months of original booking. If e-learning courses are purchased as part of a passport these will be made available on the next working day. If classroom courses are booked as part of the passport, customer services will contact you to arrange dates for these courses.
