What are the subscription options? When you purchase an eLearning course, it is added to your AssistKD account. You can activate your subscription when you're ready, and your access period (90, 180 or 365 days depending on your subscription tier) begins only from that activation date. On average, there are around 30 hours of learning time in each course. Is the exam included? If you choose the Core or Extra option, your exam voucher is included with your subscription, making it simple to progress toward certification. How do I sit the exam? All BCS and A4Q eLearning exams can be taken online via remote proctoring, giving you complete flexibility to sit your exam from any suitable location. When you are ready to sit your exam, simply email elearning@assistkd.com to register. Is there audio included in the course? Yes! All courses include comprehensive tutor audio. Can I buy now and start later? Absolutely. Your course is added to your account right after purchase, but you choose when to activate your subscription - ideal for planning around work or personal commitments. When you are ready to begin learning, you simply log in to your account and click 'Activate' next to the course name. Can I pause my subscription once it started? Yes - just email elearning@asssitkd.com with your pause/resume dates. Perfect if you’re travelling, have a busy period at work, or need a short study break. Where can I access the course from? Anywhere with an internet connection. All courses run with only moderate bandwidth, meaning you can learn at home, in the office, or on the move. What are the technical requirements for viewing the courses? Courses are broken into intuitive modules and sections, mirroring our classroom format. Are there questions in the course? Yes - many! Each course contains multiple choice questions which you can use to reinforce your learning or gauge how much you know about a certain section of the content. Our courses that lead to written examinations also contain scenario based questions, similar to the ones that you will encounter in the real examination. Courses also contain a sample examination so that the learner can practice the examination before they go on to take it. All of our questions are written by experienced examiners. What happens if I have questions while on the course? Every subscription includes email access to experienced tutors, ready to support your progress whenever you need help.
