Great to see our training partners from the Netherlands (Le Blanc Advies) and Bulgaria (PMBA) complete a successful double act at the European DREAM conference last Thursday. They were able to conduct a virtual workshop entitled "BA Techniques Triage". You will be forgiven if this session sounds familiar as it's a re-run of a UK BA Manager Forum session that Jamie Clouting (now BAE Systems) ran in November 2018. The triage allows you to consider the BA tools and techniques that are needed most by your team before assessing capability in their usage. As a workshop it's a fool proof and wholly practical way to increase team understanding of tools and techniques and maintain a cycle of team improvement.
