Karl Shepherd (Professional Development Director), in combination with Alex Papworth (BA Mentor), and Janice Mcnamara (Mentor Coach) initiated a BA Mentor Pilot Scheme with 30 participants in July 2015. Their intentions are to identify how a Mentor Scheme might function as an IIBA UK Member proposition in the future through close collaboration with the mentoring group. We will present an overview of the scheme so far and will invite some of our pilot participants to present their testimonials. Q&A will follow.

IIBA UK is a community organisation run by enthusiastic BAs. 2014 has been a phenomenally successful year, and in this brief session, Adrian Reed (President, IIBA UK) will reflect on some of the key community-driven highlights. Adrian will provide an update on the progress that has been made and will also outline our initial plans for 2015. We're extremely keen to hear your views, and Adrian (along with other members of the board) will be available after the session to hear your feedback and answer any questions you may have.

Following the speaker sessions, we invite delegates to attend a fork buffet and extended networking opportunity.
