Finding experienced business analysts seems to be a fundamental issue for many teams at present. This interactive workshop explored the various resource options and models available to practice leaders, with time for open discussion where delegates shared their experiences.
One of the highlights from the May 2022 BAMF survey was that 61% of business analysis happens in a single service or practice, up from 48% in 2018. Craig Rollason and Andrew Leigh’s workshop generated lively discussion and feedback.
