During a typical working day, Business Analysts will be communicating with other people most of the time. NLP builds an understanding of how communication works with insights into how it can go well sometimes and then on other occasions it doesn’t. It provides a series of ways to communicate more effectively with others. On the day of the workshop, we ask delegates to log on in time for a 9am start. The workshop ends at 4.30pm.
