AssistKD and Alliance for Qualification (A4Q) are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new A4Q Certified Service Designer qualification.  

Over the past three years AssistKD has developed a thoroughly researched service design certification scheme, ratified by leading international examinations provider, iSQI. 

Expertly designed courses in Business Service Design, Design Thinking and CX Analysis are up and running now and, together with one elective module (available shortly), will lead to the new qualification.
