Last Friday saw around 130 BA practice leads gather at the
Barclays Bank offices on Canary Wharf for the latest BA Manager Forum event.
The event was sponsored by AssistKD and Barclays Bank.

Those attending heard talks on improving personal
effectiveness for their team and sat in on workshops that covered evaluating
the maturity of a BA practice, recruiting talented BAs and NLP for BAs.

The event remains an opportunity for those leading the BA
Practice to hear input on key topics at a managerial level, test out their
ideas and network with similar minded professionals. Post event feedback has
focused on the opportunity to help develop thinking to meet the unique
challenges that Practice Leads face in a rapidly maturing profession.
