With so much talk about "digital" doing the rounds, a recent BA Manager Forum workshop offered attendees a chance to understand the why, what and how of a digital approach – and, in particular, what this means for both the enterprise and for Business Analysis. 

During the session, delegates were able to explore how the practical application of business analysis tools and techniques help address digital challenges and opportunities.
