Almost 10% of course bookings at AssistKD are now for eLearning courses. AssistKD put together its first eLearning course in 2012 (Foundation in Business Analysis), and now has a dedicated eLearning team.

Assist’s Digital Content Development Manager Andrew Watkinson is proud of his team’s achievements:

“We’ve developed business analysis, service design and solution development courses, structured for flexible learning. You can now study for the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis entirely through eLearning… and we’re working towards the same for the A4Q Service Designer qualification.”

For those studying for the BA Apprenticeship, flexible learning is crucial. Apprentices need to learn and then apply their learning to relevant projects; however, the timing of courses does not always align.  eLearning courses are the ideal solution, as they are available online, 24/7.

Sales Director Chris Martin is not surprised at the popularity of eLearning:

“More of our customers are choosing eLearning because it is cost-effective and flexible. It suits anyone who needs to fit their learning around other commitments.”
