An illuminating and highly participative evening was enjoyed by all as Nationwide hosted the latest IIBA event in Northampton last night.

In the first session Beth Hayward and Anna Darvas helped the audience to appreciate the joys of listening properly to stakeholders. Then, Glynn Wakefield, a business analyst with Nationwide, stole the show with a rare insight into neurodiversity. As a dyslexic, Glynn has had to adopt a range of tactics that help him to operate as a high performing BA . His approach provides valuable insights for all BAs and by quoting General Patton's famous remark; "If everybody is thinking alike then somebody isn't thinking", he reminds us how important it is for business analysts to adopt new and different ways of thinking.
