An illuminating and highly participative evening was enjoyed by all, as Nationwide hosted the latest IIBA event in London last night.

In the first session Najima Basith, Clive Maduakolam, Bola Michael and Mihir Nakum explained to the audience that you don't need to be master orator to tell a good story. Their talk, which was entitled "The Art of Storytelling and Business Analysis", asked us to consider ways in which we could adopt storytelling techniques in our BA work.

Then, Brian Hunt, who has over thirty years' experience of business process design, improvement, and management within the public, private and voluntary sectors, gave a stimulating talk entitled "The Cause, Removal and Prevention of Business Process Tangles".  Brian's presentation explained how and why business tangles occur, how they can be fixed and how to prevent them.
