The new Free-Learning course dissects the concept of Creative Problem Solving - an invaluable skill in the modern business environment. It looks at identifying and overcoming barriers to creativity, the creative problem solving process and provides idea generation techniques. 

The course was inspired by Debra Paul, James Cadle and Phillipa Thomas's book "The Human Touch" which looks at this issue, along with other vital interpersonal skills needed in business.
