NEW Service Design area in AssistKD’s Learning Zone

AssistKD has created a new, dedicated Service Design area in their Learning Zone to cater to a fast-growing interest in this exciting new field.  

Articles include a deep dive into subjects including the Customer Experience and Service Blueprints;  bitesize learning videos cover topics including the Service Safari and Personas; plus there are BA Brews on Design Thinking, Personas and more. There are also presentations and webinars by Service Design leaders.

Service Design takes a human-centred and holistic approach, incorporating design thinking, customer experience analysis and business service design. You can visit the new Service Design focused area of AssistKD’s Learning Zone here.
