The Project Management Institute (PMI) have released a white paper that reports the results of a survey of over 730 senior business analysis professionals with an average tenure of nine years. The aim of the survey was to provide insights into how business analysis activities contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives. The paper, titled 'Business Analysis: Leading Organizations to Better Outcomes', also compares responses from two subsets of the survey sample to outline what these highly mature leaders do.
