Momentum is gathering in the run up to the Service Design (SD) Conference Europe, as IRM UK launches the live agenda and announces the first speakers.

The Service Design conference, co-founded by IRM UK and AssistKD in 2025, will take place in London from 8th to 12th June 2026. It will be co-located with the Enterprise and Business Architecture (EBA) Conference Europe and the Business Change and Transformation (BCT) Conference Europe (BCT), bringing together the worlds of architecture, transformation and service design.

Jonathan Hunsley (AssistKD) and Victoria Banner (Royal London Group) will be holding a workshop on the afternoon of Wednesday June 10th on the topic of introducing service frameworks to enhance clarity, standards, and collaboration across the change ecosystem.
