How Mindset Advantage works

Everyone who participates in a growth mindset initiative, is required to complete a MIndset Advantage questionnaire (which takes 15-20 minutes). Following completion of the questionnaire, each participant receives a self-development report that assesses different attributes related to their mindset, identifies their personal strengths and suggests practical development actions to unlock their potential. 
There is also the option of a Team Mindset report for teams of 7 or more people, providing additional insights into the wider team, with in-depth and actionable data on team strengths and potential barriers to success. 
The AssistKD consultants can also provide an Organisational Culture report that measures the culture of the organisation against performance benchmarks and identifies how to foster an environment where individuals can maximise their potential.
