Posted by AssistKD News Editor

Debbie Paul (AssistKD) and Christina Lovelock (University of Leeds) are in the final stages of writing and editing their new book for the business analysis community. Delivering Business Analysis: The BA service handbook will be available this September through BCS, Amazon and all good bookstores.

The book explores the development, management and leadership of a BA Service, and chapters cover a wide variety of relevant topics such as, defining the BA service portfolio, recruiting business analysts, managing performance and improving quality. Recommended techniques and frameworks, plus several case studies from BA leaders, are included throughout. All in all, the book offers an invaluable mine of information.

All applicants for Business Analyst of the Year 2019 will be sent a free copy of this book as soon as it is published. To find out more about BA of the Year and how to enter, click here.
