The search for 2021's Business Analyst of the Year is now underway. The Award is sponsored by AssistKD and IIBA UK and recognises excellence in business analysis. Each year, applicants are required to provide evidence of their ability within three defined areas. The areas for this year's Award are:

Working remotely: How have you adapted to working remotely while continuing to ensure you provide an effective business analysis service to your organisation?

Communicating visually: How have you used visualisation tools and techniques to engage with your stakeholders?

Challenging proactively: When have you elected to challenge ideas and assumptions in order to benefit your organisation?

The award ceremony will take place during the European BA Conference, which will be held on 20-23 September 2021. The winner will be selected from six finalists who will all be given free entry to the Conference (worth over £1000 each). The finalists, and the eventual winner, will be selected by a panel of highly knowledgeable and experienced business analysts.
