The Business Analysis Apprenticeship scheme is providing opportunities for a range of people to take significant steps into a new career. We see school leavers and experienced staff alike progressing through the scheme. We thought it might be useful to see something of the apprentices story and what they have to say about their experience. Verity of Sage When job searching, I saw an apprentice role and thought it was worth looking into. I had never looked at an apprenticeship before but knew it included more practical learning than academic. I liked the idea of learning on the job, getting support and mentoring as I worked, before taking on higher levels of responsibility. I would also be earning as I went. The Business Analysis programme attracted 3 learners out of a total 25 apprentices. Joanne had spent 11 years working as a Claims Consultant for LV before joining the apprenticeship programme.
